Covid 19 Update

Currently I am offering appointments for Herbal Medicine and Counselling situations via telephone or online. After an initial discussion we can then decise which is the best way for us to do the appointment or if it is necessary to have a face to face appointment in line with legal requirements to keep everyone safe. If we decide to do this I will send you additional information.
Trudy's calm, quiet presence, and the fact that she allows me the time to talk and really listens to what I have to say, enable her to get right to the nub of a problem even when I perhaps hadn't managed to get there myself.
